The People

The bailiff is a public official appointed by the Minister of Justice, although theirs is a liberal profession.
The bailiff is the only person legally authorized to execute acts of procedure and the decisions taken by jurisdictions.
The court bailiff is also a bailiff, but he or she attends hearings in robes and manages the proceedings from a technical point of view.
They announce the facts of the case and assure the serenity of proceedings, always under the presiding judge’s authority.
