Deliberation

In a room apart, the jury deliberate without the judge.
They can see the evidence again, and parts of the debates or testimonies, because everything has been written down by the typist. In penal procedure, the jury must pronounce the guilt or innocence of the accused, while the judge must pronounce the sentence if the verdict is guilty.
