ICT – presiding judge

This drawing shows how the judges of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia or the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda dress: the robes are the same for these two International Criminal Tribunals. The artist has chosen to do the portrait of just one judge, but we shouldn’t forget that there are always three judges for each case.
